Lowell Folk Festival

| FreeMCV will have the honor to open this year’s Lowell Folk Festival on Friday, July 24th in Lowell, Massachusetts. MCV will lead a short parade at 6:15 pm, stepping off from Lowell City Hall and ending at the Festival stage in Boarding House Park.
