We are each responsible for our collective experience as members of the Middlesex County Volunteers Fifes & Drums.<\/p>\n
We aspire to excellence in music and presentation, to be international ambassadors for our art form, and to create a supportive environment, enabling all members to thrive. As we pursue these aspirations, these Core Values establish and support an open and welcoming environment, free of harassment, that allows for creativity and camaraderie to flourish, and to provide reporting avenues should any issues arise.<\/p>\n
Ambassadorship<\/strong><\/p>\n We are representatives of the group, New England, and the United States at all times and our actions are considered reflective of that regardless of the situation.
